Talent Sourcers for US Based Opportunities
$2-8 USD / hour
Talent Sourcer to identify US based candidates for diverse job roles and according to job specifications, from online databases, social networks as well as passive and qualified candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research. These roles are primarily for Technology, Sales and Human Resources placements.
The Talent Sourcer will need to:
• Generate a pipeline of candidates within designated timelines and according to project deliverables.
• Conduct the initial screening to determine suitability of candidate
• Use Boolean, X-ray, or other searching methods to identify top candidate profiles on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and anywhere else that good talent may be found.
• Cold call and build relationships by phone/email using job boards and social media sites to generate awareness and candidate flow.
Must be able to show experience with:
• Experience in technical, HR and Sales sourcing for various industries or high volume agency recruiting
• Passive recruiting/sourcing
• Candidate interviewing
• Advanced Boolean search string skills
• Proven track record at direct sourcing candidates using various networks and online resume mining with minimal reliance on job board postings
• Social media savviness with extensive online networks and participation (online forums, user groups, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
This is project based and payment will be based upon agreed upon number of qualified candidates delivered.
