Site-design beautifier

Context: We are a new startup established in Istanbul. Our target is to provide simplified IT services in Turkey in different languages. We start by offering Virtual Tour and 3D services. We made-up our site https://vlook.space. So, the structure and all its functions are already operational. Tools used to make the site: Python, Flask, Jinja. The site yet has three languages (EN, FR, TR). Soon the Arabic language will be added. Another European language may also be added a bit later. The site design is normally language independent, unless few differences for right-to-right language. The needed work: Though the functional aspects of the site are quite enough, its design is not well done yet. We need to work up the design to make it more attractive and more professional-like. The way to achieve the work: The requested work must be done mainly on the css files and their references in html files. A life test version of the site will be made available, draining its css files from a google-drive folder. The bidder will be granted share access to the google-drive folder in a manner that modifications in the css files will be reflected quasi instantly on the life test site. A version of the html files will also be available to the bidder for r As first step of the work achievement, the bidder could propose modifications on css references in html files. The project owner will study the bidder’s proposal. If accepted, he will proceed to modify life-test-site accordingly. Then the bidder could continue the achievement of the work. The expected result of the work: The bidder must provide a new set of the css files making the site design attractive and professional. It should work for all known browsers (Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Edge, ..), for computer screen, mobile and tablet. Meanwhile the starting of the project, additional languages may be added to the site, especially the Arabic language (right to left) with light design differences. He can also propose additions to the html files, such as the standard sections (Site plan, additional backgrounds and images, etc…). Important Remark for bidding: The Bidder is expected to propose a basic (minimum) cost. Additional payment (up to 50% ) will be awarded upon the quality of realization and design, as estimated by the project's owner. And will be taken in consideration in future proposals.
