SVG to WordPress

Hello, I'm looking for a front end developer who can convert PSD, or in this case, SVG, to Wordpress, fast and well. This will be the first project of many. I'm attaching the SVG I did in Inkscape. You can use the images of that file. When it's done, I will buy the royalties and change them. Obviously, All the text should be editable through WordPress. The website is inspired in this one: [login to view URL] * Both big images (the lightbulbs at the top and the city at the bottom) must stay in place as the text above moves as the user scrolls. Check the inspiration to know what I'm talking about. * The contact form must work and be sent to my email. All fields are required. I'd like only a text message near the submit button ("Enviar") that appears when the user hits it, that says: "La información ha sido enviada con éxito". * The pink, red and green blocks in the Portfolio section must have PNGs that I'll send you, and, on clicking them, another PNGs will pop up, making the background darker. There must be a button for closing the pop up. * You must also make a version for mobile devices. See the inspiration website as a guide.
