Dmitriy Plotnikov is Microsoft Office Apps and Services MVP since 2011 and working on SharePoint since 2010. I have a lot of extensive onshore, offshore experience in planning, designing, implementing & developing and supporting SharePoint based portals, websites, Microsoft EPM and custom .NET and web-based applications. I specialize in developing applications, Designing Intranet Portals, Information Architecture, and Deployment of SharePoint. I have been involved in beta testing before the release of SharePoint 2007, 2010, Office 2010 and SharePoint 2013. Currently, part of Microsoft TAP (Technology Adoption Program) for Windows Server 2016, SharePoint Server 2016, SharePoint 2016 Tools and Extensibility, Office365, Office 2016 and Office365/SharePoint Hybrid. This provides me with early access to builds and cumulative updates to find possible bugs. I have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing all versions of SharePoint including most of the functionality. I am proficient in PowerShell and automation and spent a heavy amount of time in automating common SharePoint functionality. Ability to finish tasks quickly. I have strong .NET background with ability write custom code. I have advanced expertise in diagnostics and fixing on SharePoint and .NET based application issues. I am an Architect who understands SharePoint as Admin/IT Pro as well as Developer. I do code reviews and develop applications from​ time to time.
