I had previous experience of developing project using angular interface with java micro services. Depending on project details, we can check, if PHP is really a better option. Development of quality project, having flexibility to change conveniently and in modular way , requires sophisticated design and implementation, needing more time and energy. If you are ready to pay for this, then I am a suitable option. In case, if you interested in cheaper alternatives, then you can, however, ignore my bid :)
