I'm looking for someone who can build an app based on extjs (as front end) and cake (server). Another basic requirements - it should support very heavy traffic (thousands of simultaneous login). Rest of the requirements will be shared with interested and experienced ppl in these areas. Share sample app as well (extjs + php apps would also do to some extent)
