Looking for an intermediate/experienced designer/developer who can translate my website design in vector-format (.eps/.svg etc.) to html/css/Laravel/MySQL. This request focuses on designing the front page (see attachment). This is part of a larger project, where at least nine pages need to be designed with back-end functionality (in Laravel, coupled to a MySQL database). To start off we start with designing one page. After designing this page properly, there is an opportunity to design the remaining 8 pages with all the back-end functionality. In about five months from now the functionality needs to be further expanded and extensive back-end functionality needs to be added to the site. This will involve a serious amount of programming. Therefore we request you to design the site in Laravel to easily scale-up the demands and expand functionality. The design should be available on a short-term notice.
