Some Minor Changes required in Html/css for one page

i need some minor changes required in [login to view URL] 1- the top text on the image is all bold and doesn't show like the one in the jpg. 2- The black box on top of the image needs to be pushed to the left. 3- The blue box , where it says (Request a free quote) , needs to be pushed a bit up to be at the level of the big image. 4- The yello button text <Get your quote> needs to be formatted like the jpg. 5.
