Event RSVP Tool

*** BIDS WITHOUT PROPOSAL WILL BE IGNORED – READ FIRST *** Hello everyone. We're looking for someone to build a custom RSVP tool for events for us. Our client hosts around 10 simultaneous events per month and needs to manage guests for these. Requirements are as follows: – You must be able to create multiple concurrent "events" – You should be able to invite guests (manual entry or import via CSV) to it – You should be able to create a custom designed email invitation for each event (must be drag & drop, can integrate 2rd party as well) – The Invitation Emails should contain a link to a custom page (personalised for each event and user) where you can say whether they attend or not (RSVP) – After a Guest RSVPs on the aforementioned page, a confirmation Email (also customizable, see "invitation email") must be triggered to their email address. – All RSVP results should be exportable per event (CSV is enough) A custom email template builder is the most important aspect for the experience of the end result. When bidding on this project, please do not leave out the proposal. All bids without a proposal WILL BE IGNORED. In your proposal, please include your suggestion for a Technology stack (open for anything) and your idea on how you will implement the custom email builder. Thanks
