Motorola V3 RAZR cell phone/ mobile phone camera program

I need a program made for my motorola V3 RAZR mobile/cell phone. More information about the phone can be found at the motorola website. The program needs to be sent to me as an installation file that can be run on my mobile phone. The program needs to launch and access the phones camera. There needs to be 2 different settings - still photo and movie mode. When the take photo/ movie button is pressed the phone needs to make a noise. The photo or movie then has to start recording. It then needs to allow me to watch the movie and choose whether to delete it or save it to my phone. There needs to be a way to upload my own sounds into the program easily, it also needs to come with a standard one (I will send the project winner the standard one) The program needs settings that the user can change. These settings need to be: -What noise to play when the button is pressed -How long after the noise is made to start recording/ take the photo. The program also needs the basic functionality of a normal program (easily launch from phone menu, easily close program etc.) Thanks and good luck!
