Wordpress photo gallery fix plugin

i am having problem with wordpress gallery plugin i m using this plugin [login to view URL] i have updated all files and made default settings in db but the images in the slider is not showing up it just keep loading loading loading if you can fix this problem via teamviewer be my guest to bid as i will not share live site details only can work on teamviwer if you have experience on this plugin and team viewer then bid else dont waste your and my time thank you regards
