Wireframe & Design a Website Mockup : PT (On-Going Work) -- 2

We develop custom websites for small companies. I am a developer but I need someone who is a strong web graphic designer that has a great eye for UI / UX. I am looking for a web artist , you don't need to know how to code, you are sole responsible for the design and look / feel of the website. I am very picky when it comes to websites and want to create good looking designs... It will be an hourly charge. If you know how to also wireframe designs that will be good as well. - Deliverables - PSD Files - Must be always on skype for communication - I prefer to work with someone who can be online during EST time If interested, please send me your web ui design samples either via invisionapp, behance, or where you keep your designs. Please make sure they are as good as the samples I mentioned above, I suggest you pick your top 3 designs.
