I NEED WEB DESIGNERS: Web Designers Required for Full Team to Build a Complex E-commerce Project (INDIVIDUALS ONLY, NO COMPANIES)

We would like to build a team of developers to build an e-commerce website from scratch similar to Amazon, Ebay & Newegg. The premise is a website where third party sellers can sign up and start selling with us. The website will have complicated algorithms and operations; therefore, we require a full team with each member being able to work as part of a group. NOTE: PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO INDIVIDUAL TALENTS. If you are an individual freelancer who thinks this project is too huge of a volume, please do not be discouraged and do apply for the job. This project and our partnership gives priority to individuals and very small teams as long as the quality exists. One of the main team members will be: WEB DESIGNERS: - Will design and make an outline for the developers design-wise to how the website should look like If you feel you have a skill that isn’t necessarily part of the above-mentioned ones, you may still apply and let us know what skills you have. Applying for the job: - To apply you need to let us know the position you’d like to apply for, the expected pay if you were to work for a month full time and a summary of work you have completed with description on what you have contributed to those projects. Providing this information will speeds up our work in hiring and make you more likely to be shortlisted since it will mean you read our offer in full. - Very pricey offers will not be considered due to the scale of the project and the number of freelancers who will be hired. - You, in return of not putting an extremely high price, along with the team will be part of more future projects for us and for our clients which we will put on an official contract upon completion of this project.
