Recreate a Print Packaging Design based on a jpg

This project is to redraw the package I have designed in vector format so it is cleaner and print ready. The image attached is a JPG, But the project deliverables are AI, EPS and Photoshop PSD format. I have photoshop CS2 so the PSD file has to work with CS2. CMYK color 300 dpi 17x26 inches. The cut and fold lines should be cleaned up. the dashed fold line need to be subtle, light or a darker red. the cut outlines can be sold dark red. Other good options can be used as well. The redraw will make the package symmetrical and colored properly, and correct for any other problems found. You will correct any defects in the image I have provided. The size of the image i will provide is 17 x 26 and is 300 dpi. this file is for print and has to be redrawn in print quality. some of the finer details such as names will be changed, but the finished image will look very similar to what is provided. The font used in this shall be the same or almost identical to the font used by McDonald's corporate marketing and logos. The links provided are examples as guidelines of design aspects of the final product. The background is a guide but the final product should look similar, but doe not have to look Identical.
