I need a new web application. I need you to design and build it. Description: Website for teaching centre that offers a lot of courses Features : -2 languages English and RTL language -Online registration for each course with credit card payment or pay later. -Latest news about the centre , info , gallery .. typical CMS -Attendance for each student registered and paid before starting the class. -Employees attendance by finger print suggests me finger print device that can work with the website. -Online placement test choosing 50 questions from 1000 questions saved in the database bank with online payment to enroll. ( multiple choice) included a way to connect the result with outside universities if they want to access it. - Notifications popup on the website about courses that going to start soon 15 mins before the class time . -Students portal shows the attendance percentage , fees ( paid and balance left) . And the courses that student registered in , status for printed certificate for each course if it's available to pick up or not. -Student can rate the lecturer and admins only can see the results . -Design should be responsive and works perfectly on mobile -Make the website easy to connect it to Mobile app in the future ( optional ) -Facebook and google sign up and sign in -Programming language : PHP / .NET -Web application will be hosted on Microsoft Azure Or any suggested good hosting that can handle high traffic.
