Make multiple changes to my current website

Me and my partner have many projects like this and are currently looking for someone we can work with and talk with over skype as it is easier for us. We have no problem doing payments over freelancer after this gig or whatever works best with you. Please only bid if you are looking for someone to provide many gigs over a long period of time and willing to talk on skype. - Currently, when scrolling down the page, the header turns white. I would like the header to be transparent but have more opacity than the default transparency, so that it stands out but it is still transparent and feels part of the layout. - Have the entire header, including the logo and text, change size when someone scrolls down. An example of what I am talking about is on this website: [login to view URL] - You will notice the header change in size once you scroll down the page. - For the header, I would also like an effect where the background is always blurred through the transparency, but the text on the header itself is always readable. When scrolling down the page, the header background will always be blurred. - Decrease the size of the top-body area where it has the picture of the guy playing on his phone. Decrease it slightly from the bottom. - Pertaining to the same area I mentioned above, I would like the "Your Favorite Source of Free Bootstrap Themes" text to be greatly sized down, but still bigger than the text on the bottom of it where it starts saying "Start Bootstrap can help.." - I would like the footer page to be similar to the one on [login to view URL] as well but only the most-bottom part that appears after the Contact area. We would like a Twitter icon and Email icon on our footer, along with sample text/links that are easy to modify. - I do not know what color or style the footer should be. Can you come up with something that looks good? - I would like a small amount of whitespace above the photos section. - One of the last changes I would like is to reimagine the container that says "We've got what you need!" and make it something like this rough mockup I created: [login to view URL] The concept behind the above image is to have a hi-res picture of an iphone to sort of act like the screen for our 'About' page. The image I made does not do justice to the actual idea I have in mind. Is this something you would be able to make, and make it look good? Please let me know. For all of the above changes I have requested, I would like you to make a note of what file and lines you edit for these changes, so that I can go back and modify it if I need to. For example, I might want to edit the percentage of transparency or change the color of a background. This is why I need you to mark the files and lines that you change and explain what that line is attributed toward. It is okay if you use something like the following: .bg-primary { background-color: #3b004e; /* Pattern background for body*/ This way I will know what the background changes. Lastly, while editing this, I want you to look at the layout with your own sense of style and design. If you think something looks out of place, then make a change for it. I am not the best when it comes to imagining a good looking design, so if you have the eye for it then please make the changes you deem fit. That is all I need done.
