An inforgraphic

I'm looking to have some stats/info presented visually as an infographic for Jake's House, a charity that supports children with autism. It would be the backside to our existing "Give A little Bit" campaign goal overview, which I've attached--you'll find all of the stats/content that would need to be illustrated in a clear/compelling way on the second page. In the first section "The Jake's House Story" we want to visually illustrate the exponential growth from 5 people to 36k people. The other sections could just use icons for support. Format is up to you: I'd love for this to be printed as a postcard or pamphlet, but if there is just to much content and it needs to remain letter-sized, I understand. To make things easier, I've compiled our recent collateral, their working files, our fonts (we use Knockout and Arial a lot), logos, etc. in one folder. The design should follow suit with what's been done, so a lot of the creative choices are already made---just need some icons / graphics made to visually present the numbers on the second page of the attached. I will share the folder with all of the assets with the successful freelancer. Thanks!
