Girlfriend absolutely adores her 2 horses but I do not have the technical ability nor the tools to create a design for her. I have several pictures of her horses and was looking for someone who is willing to either organize/edit the picture or create a graphic of the horses. Not looking to spend any more than $80-100 total for the project! I am looking for a graphic/edited picture as well as text. I have no clue how I want the shirt to look so I would love any ideas/sketches that you might have.
