I am looking for a good graphic designer to produce some UI for an app. The app is for another party and I am pitching to build a minimum viable product (MVP) for the third party. The app will be one where users can register with their skills (technical skills like coding languages, engineering skills etc) and cultural background (soft data like ethnicity, nationality, gender, profile photo etc). And as users I should be able to want to connect to someone with similar skillset to mine / selected skill set, e.g. HTML language and the app should show me someone with that skill set but with a different cultural background.
