The first part of the project is converting the 14 page PDF document named rocap-part-a_b-20181030 to a Google Sheet. Each page should be a separate tab in the Google Sheet. Where the form shows date fields then these fields should be set up as date fields, where the form shows tick boxes, these should be set up as tick boxes. The attachment rocap-instructions_20181026 are the instructions on how to complete rocap-part-a_b-. The rocap-instructions_20181026 gives examples of tables to be completed as annexures to rocap-part-a_b-. An example of this is Q A4 on Page 9 of 45. Where there is an example of an annexure, I would like a tab in the Google Sheet identical to the example annexures. There are a number of example annexures that I would like built into the final Google Sheet. The goal is to create an editable document that can have formulas added to it at a later date, then once complete it can be saved as a PDF so that the appearance is identical to the original document
