Build a Wireframe of a landing page

i woul like a wireframe created for a 5 tab parralex landing page that i will be creating for a client. if the wireframe is successful then you will also be able to build the site after. i will provide a scetch of required layout, images and colour themes,. etc. needs to be completed asap. should only take an hour or so be put together for someone with good knowledge of uxpin.
