I need someone to create me a website from scratch. I need someone that speaks Arabic because my website is going to be in both arabic and english. I will give details once I see who's interested in doing my project. This is not a one time project, as I would need your help through out the life of the website or until I know how to run it. The website also requires a mobile app for both (android and iphones).
