I need a website built to my specifications. It will be a complex design with many pages and specific [login to view URL] information for the website: Online market Description of requirements/features: I need a new website which will be similar with functions to this web page (freelancer) or similar websites. Basic features: register and have an account (overview of the account), place ad, distribution of the ad, feedback, different product groups, mobile friendly and application development. I am looking for somebody who can also help with SEO, website promotion and advice. I have no experience in Web development so need somebody who Is able to speak and explain all the information in plain English not some complicated terms. You can quote a fixed price or hourly rate with estimated hours.
