Build A webapplication

Web application for professional cleaning services: I am looking to build a demo website for desktop and mobile, for a cleaning service provider where there are two types of users - employees and the customer. Customers can request a quote for a service, log in to their account to make an appointment and select from a list of predefined services. Employees just need to log in to view their orders. There will be multiple services offered such as - Move out cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, car wash, commercial cleaning. These services will be further categorized on the basis of the type of property(apartment, office, condo) and laundry if included. When a customer lands on the homepage, they can view listings (pictures) of the services provided and a link to book an appointment/quote for the service request. I am looking for someone to build this application without templates such as WordPress and minimal use of bootstrap. (P.S. this will not be used for commercial purposes and only for demonstration purposes)
