Build On-line Calendar Scheduling System (Functionality Only

Scheduling System Overview: - Calendar based system (Google Calendar API may be option) - Registers new users (preventing duplicate accounts – User name, password, email, first and last name, address, city, state, zip code and telephone) - Scheduling System will display availability by CHAIR Date  Time - Users will see green circles indicating available CHAIR by time. - User can click or tap a GREEN CIRCLE to book an appointment. Users will have option to book a second CHAIR for a GUEST. If booked, User MUST supply valid email address to the GUEST so we can register that person as a user. - Guest will receive WELCOME EMAIL with link to register as a new USER and confirm appointment. - Scheduling system will prompt USER to ACCEPT appointment before saving appointment to calendar. - Scheduling system will have ability to send automatic messages based on assigned times (Example: Send EMAIL A 1 day before appointment) - Scheduling System will have ADMIN PANEL. - Admin panel allows us to view each USER account separately to add notes.
