I am looking for an experienced book designer to format my manuscript and prepare its layout to make it print-ready for submission to Amazon CreateSpace. The Current manuscript is in a word document. Desired Book specifications · 5 x 8 trim (will be paperback) · Headers with relevant chapter headings and footers with page numbers · Appropriate blank pages wherever needed. Designer will deliver final manuscript in Word document format as well as PDF document (all fonts must be embedded). Designer will deliver the book in Kindle format as well. Please present approximate turnaround time for the project. Thank you!
