I am seeking an artist to use the attached picture of my cat, and transform it into a picture of my cat driving a tank while wearing a green tanker helmet. I have attached a photo of my cat for you to use. I"v also attached a photo of Ronald Reagan. The photo of Ronald Regan illustrates the style of graphic I'd like for you to design for me. I want my cat to look badass, while driving the tank. Please don't forget to include a green helmet on the cat.
