Job Title: Chief Apparel Graphics Designer Working Hours: 3-5 hours/day (5 days a week) Payment: Monthly Salary (50% payable after 2 weeks, the rest at the end of the month) Cooperation Period: 1-3 months possibly longer if cooperation works well for both parties. Purpose Of Position: We are an experienced team of Internet Marketers running an established Teespring business and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Chief Apparel Graphic Designer. At the moment, we cooperate with a group of 30 freelance designers, but we'd like to take our business to the next level by adding a full time member into our team - kind of a right hand in designing field of our business whose job is to fullfil monthly designs quota no matter what, no matter how. We strive for excellence, we expect that from all of our members. Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge: • 1+ years of experience in garment graphic designing • Native english speaking and a good knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation • Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop • Passion, integrity, energy • Knowledge of custom typefaces • Detail-oriented • Creativity • Excellent communication & time-management skills • The ability to deal with criticism and sometimes even rejection • Ability to manage subordinate designers if necessary Roles and Responsibilities: • Do 5+ designs per a working day during working day based on given specifications.
