Hi, my name is Andrey. I have extensive experience with accounting systems, CRM, ERP, web-based databases, reports(xlsx,docx,pdf). For example in my portfolio i have some projects. Let's see them. I carefully have read text of your project and has concluded that I’m absolutely convinced that i have ability to complete project. I suggest the solution based on PHP(Yii 2 framework), MySQL. It will be web-application that work under web-server. I have some questions: 1. Do you want to have many or one questions in system? 2. Before answer user is need to input login, email, telephone ? 3. one user might only one go through this question or may times ? 4. All users have access to Dashboard with results or only these who logged in ? I am qualified for this project and sure that i successfully finish the project so i bid. Thank you.
