Add Booking Element to Existing Website

Hi All, I am in the process of building a Golf Course price comparison website, with all my pricing information existing in Google Sheets, and then being pulled and displayed as tables. I want to add a function to the website allowing users to book packages. The pricing is dynamic, and each golf course has multiple providers, so multiple prices for each day. The booking system would require users to first select the number of players, the number of days play, the dates and the location. Then it would need to provide drop down menu's where they can first select a golf course for each day, and then choose from the provider with the best price. Ideally, I would need all of this to be pulled from the existing pricing files. Once the form is complete, and full price will be created, and I'd like to add a commission to that, and then process the payment through woocomerce (or I'm open to others, that's just what I have set up right now for event bookings). I will be using Stripe to process the payment itself. The website is built in wordpress FYI. FYI my site is currently in coming soon mode as I build it, but I can obviously let you see it once we discuss further.
