561376 Wordpress Theme Required

I require a fully w3c compliant theme for wordpress. This needs to be along the theme of construction & beauty therapy training. The company already use the "Orange Man" figures like here: [login to view URL] They would like these incorporating into the design. All images must be royalty free or come with license to use. Mock up would be required before I select winning bidder.
