Redesign of a logo and a website (desktop, smartphone, tablet)

Hello, I'm looking for a smart and talentuous graphic designer to redesign the logo and website of my digital marketing agency ([login to view URL]). Right now, the designer won't have to implement the new release of the website that will probably be integrated with Wordpress or Joomla. I need a real graphic designer able to design a consistant and creative graphical approach for the logo and for the website. His main goal will be to explore, to propose alternatives, notably for the logo, and then to implement a graphical style by designing the main pages of the website. His ability to choose a font and to design text blocks and headlines in a readable and clean manner is very important. He will be able to provide a consistant and short "chart document" that will describe: 1/ All the elements used for the logo (font, RGB, CMYK, font file, vectorial file, gray version and so on) 2/ All the graphical elements used to implement the website on desktop, smartphone and tablet. He will provide a psd file and concrete explanations for the developpers. He can too realize the stylesheet/html files for the main pages, but that it's not mandatory 3/ He will have to redesign pictures and icons that will illustrate the txts (maybe 30 icons and pictures) Several documents are linked as the platform doesn't authorize more than 5MB files: - digital BRAND Update [login to view URL]: all the specs are described here.
