Build an adsense optimized blog and generate traffic -2

Hello, i need a newly created adsense optimized blog (i have adsense account). Requirements: - site must be in English. - You have to find high CPC niche and keywords and longtail keywords (i don't care about the subject) - You have to find the right (and free) domain name for the blog (i'll buy it) - You have to write UNIQUE highly SEO optimized content. - Blog must be easy to update (i don't care about the CMS, but i already know wordpress...) I have dedicated servers ready. After blog is online with minimum content: - have enough content ready with delayed publication date so the blog can auto update for at least 3 month (let's say 1 new publication per week, so at least 12 SEO optimized articles ready). - White Hat SEO marketing, and only white. - Anything else required in order to get traffic and clicks as long as it doesn't violate Google Adsense Terms. Traffic and clicks must be stable or growing after a month, and you should show me how to keep that stable and how to increase it continuously. Terms: - No upfront payment, - 2 milestone payments (only if you reach objectives): * First payment only after I see the traffic and clicks after 1 month, adsense earning should be above 5$/day with minimum 1000 unique visitors/day. * Second payement after second month only if traffic and clicks are raising Please don't bid if you are not serious. You should be able to achieve my requirements, tasks and having positive previous feedbacks for projects similar to mine. Fisrt payment will occurs after one month, second payment after 2 month!!!!
