PHOTOSHOP EXPERT NEEDED

My name is Tim Walker I own a company Vancouver called Walker Industries, my company primary deals with the entertainment industry magazines, fashion, models, etc we handle work from well know US, Canadian, and EU companies. I need someone with really excellent PHOTOSHOP skills. You must have strong skills to accomplish the following: o Make fat (over weight) people in pictures look beautiful through touch up. Making the muscular and fit, and skin air brushing. o Make skinny people full and fit o Able to add things to the image but still maintain a natural look and feel o Able to add or change delete backgrounds and issues in the images/pictures. o Must have top notch airbrushing skills make bad skin look great, must have the ability to make real photos. Not commercial ones look good through touch up. I need someone on a part time contract, a couple hours a week. I offer a hour rate of $45 per hour. I will require a contract and I would need your services for about 6 months, I will pay three times monthly using paypal, bank to bank. You will have to do a sample project before I hire you I must see your work for my self so be prepared.
