565518 Update Scanned Image into Vector Format

I have a 300dpi scanned image such as attached and I need a couple of things done to this logo. 1. I would like to get it converted into a vector file in one color only. Black with a transparent background. Remove all white from the logo so that is it black only on top of transparent file. 2. I need this logo to be in a burnt format as well as the above. You know how you can apply a filter and make the logo look like it was burnt into the wood. I need this effect on a clear background. 3. I plan on using the burnt format look to add to a wood background. So I want to make it look like the logo was stamped into the wood such as attached. Please provide a sample of your burnt work so that I can confirm you understand what I am looking for.
