I have a google sheet DB of 15000+ locations (suburbs, state and postcode) that are classified in zones, our nearest service location and the distance in KM between our nearest service location and suburb. I need the sheet to be automated so that when a random address is entered as input it checks the string and matches it with the DB and relevant results are shown. The input address can vary, sometimes it may be just the suburb and post code, sometimes it will be the whole address with street Address or sometimes it may be just state and post code. The DB which is in google sheets have suburb in one cell , state in another and post code in the third cell. Each of these are classified into remote, regional and metro. Each site will have the nearest service location and the associated KM between the service centre and the suburb. Attached is the DB screenshot. Column named “POP” is the nearest service centre for the suburb.
