Chrome Extention -- 2

a drop down pop up appears upon installing the browser - it prompts the user to enter a "ID" of which they have been provided with already via unrelated process. Need a chrome extension that reads headers of GET requests of type "document" (refer to type field in chrome dev tool) and gets html rendered on screen shortly after the request (assumed to be response body of GET request). also needs Headers and data of POST requests. information to be forwarded to a REST API end point (set up by me) via POST request along with the "ID" provided at installation of extention.
