We have one flash video chat room system, with full .fla and .as source code, but without FCS .asc code, the system is not working at this moment, we'd like to find somebody good at this area to finish this project.
Must have strong flash coding experience in video chatting, including action script, FCS, remoting, php integration.
This is an urgent project, must be finished in one month.

We have accomplish this kind of project like flash audio/video chat room with many features, Flash Instant video messenger and Flash video recorder for member’s profile. We used the flash com server 2.0. So our requirement are very much inline with your requirements and we are able to complete the project in short period of time. I recomande you to use red5 that is free and no diffrence on the client side is requuired.
I worked on projects wich use fcs so i am capable to to this job.
