Website Designer needed

Hello, I need a professional web designer to finish a project that was started by another designer. I am looking for someone who can be available immediately to work on this project and work with me through instant messenger to communicate during the project. The winning bidder will not be able to take credit for this project in his/her portfolio as I own a design firm and am looking for someone who can do the work, get paid, and possibly be available for future projects. This project will involve css, user management login/forms, simple flash integration, easy mysql work, and interface design.
