Ecommerce site - location based search

I'm looking for Experienced E-commerce website developer to develop a simple & friendly to use website for ease matching homecooked food by location. It should not have too much left and right side content to avoid disturbance to visitors. Payment gateway is more important. 1- Search Engine Optimization coding - to be no. 1 or 2 on search engines (meta-tagging with key words) 2- Front-end should be very user friendly and same in back-end control panel 3- Allows individual registration of users to upload homecook food of the day/week/month. Each products will have different specification, so simple steps to add product with Title, Description of ingredients and storage methods & cost per serving 4- facebook login and Like 5- Review of chef by number of stars awarded (pretty much similar to freelancer.sg style) 6- simple design. 7. allows search of homecook chef by location (singapore postal code) 8. payment portal - credit cards & internet transfer 9. individual registration with unique sign in code. 10. ability to monitor & maintain purchase & database 11. ability to report abuse (like freelauncer) My similar website is like [login to view URL] but not entirely the same. homecook food is uploaded by individual homemakers. Front page should have a section for interesting recipe uploading as well. Website should be able to support mobile phone (iphone, samsung, htc etc) and ipad usage. overall look has to be asian - chinese as this is a singapore based business.
