Game:
We want to make a simple multiplayer 2d Ballgame with "top-down perspective" (bird's eye view, overhead view,..). There will be two teams with x players that are trying to get one ball into each others goal.
Each player will be able to control a circle with arrow keys (adobe already announced gamepad support, so we want to add that later as well). There will be one button to shoot the ball. the physics will be more floaty..
The playing field consists of borders that collude with the ball and make him bounce back, Just like in icehockey or airhockey. We want to have rounded corners, so you wont be able to just make the ball bounce on coordinates, but make him actually collude with a rounded inner corner. Since we want to play around with the size of the playing field, we would have to talk about how to solve that.

Design
You have to make sure we can adjust some parameters to finetune the gameplay.
Things that will come to talk here are everything physics related. Starting from the ball physics to player movement and ending with the borders. We need to be able to adjust the size of the playing field for testing as well, because we are aiming to balance the game very carefully.
physics is a very important aspect for us. we would have to talk about how we can achieve us to change those variables when the game is done already.
i am not sure if we would need a free 2d engine for this game, but if you think it would be easier, cheaper and better you are welcome to tell us why.
we will give you graphics to implement. we will provice a playing field including the lines and borders, so it should be easy for you to draw those in flash.
the game wont contain too many graphical elements, so dont worry!
Special Requests:
we would like the ball have impact on the net of the goal. so if the ball hits the net it should move fluently. feel free to make it look pretty!
Sounds
Ingame sounds are provided by us as well.
we need you to play those sounds on certain events like

#yelling crowd if the ball comes closer to the goal.
#whistle on kick offs
and so on..
Networking
This will be a multiplayer game using the "new" p2p flash feature
AND
the option for players to set up their own dedicated server. so they can install it on their root server and their server will show up in our game list.
Lobby
first screen should be sth like "choose nickname" or "log in with facebook". the players who log in via facebook still should be able to pick a nickname. it is just used to make sure they can post on their wall to make the game more popular.
next screen would be the server browser just like on [login to view URL]
refresh, join game, create room
players need to be able to filter the serverlist by:
