Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform follow up login for all samples received in the laboratory within the expected turnaround time Verify legibility of scanned documents Maintain up to date user knowledge of job related programs such as Horizon, Atlas, Athena, Aegis Virtual Site, Passport, and DocStar Maintain accuracy of all information entered into LIMS Respond efficiently and professionally to internal client inquiries via phone call and email Maintain up to date knowledge of client specific requirements and Aegis testing as it pertains to profiles, test codes, and prescription drug information Consistently identify laboratory and requisition/chain of custody errors and communicate them to the appropriate departments for resolution Work closely with the Forensic Records Team, Client Services Team, and Laboratory Management to ensure all laboratory order requirements are met Perform demographic review on PainComp reports to ensure data entry accuracy Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy policy requirements and regulations Be flexible with schedule to accommodate workflow Successful Candidates Must Possess: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred With Associates’ degree, no experience is required; with high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one (1) year of data entry, clerical, or administrative experience required Must possess both alphanumeric and 10-key typing abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Intermediate Word, Advanced Excel) required This is a day shift position, Tuesday through Saturday
