I need Excel VBA (for MAC) Expert

HI, I am good at Excel VBA, Mac. I have a Mac. Once I write a program, I would like to debug in your system as well due to version differences, if not working. I can create the macro to get the file names in one user-specified folder and then list down all the files. I can check the files within another user-specified folder irrespective of the file extensions. Then, I have to move the matching ones to the third folder. I would like to discuss a few points and then work on the project. -Chandra

Hi, I am keen to work on this project for doing VBA work on Mac OS. I do not have Mac OS available at this point, is it possible to develop this remotely on your Mac through remote login. Are the three folders fixed or user needs to be prompted to choose each of those three folders. Also are the files directly present in that folder and there are multiple sub folders and sub folders within sub folders which needs to be scanned as well. Deep scanning of each folders will cost more. Looking forward to working with you. Thanks

Hi there, I can create the VBA macro for MAc as you have specified. The VBA let you choose the first "Source" folder, then will list all the files in the excel sheet. Then it will prompt for "SEARCH" folder and the "COPY TO" folder. Once you slect them, it will search the folder from the list and copy any file found. Regards Reuben

Hi I have FULL CONFIDENCE of helping you in writing Excel VBA specifically targeted to Mac. I can write VBA code no matter what version of Excel for Mac you are using. I know Excel VBA needs to take permissions from user before saving / copying files and I know how to do this correctly. The way this needs to be done is different between version of Excel later than 2016 and those up to and including Excel 2011. I can handle both the cases.
