I Need a customized Microsoft access db executable file

I Need a Microsoft access db file program executable that I can place 2 different file types (only different in column A and B) an excel file into and based on certain values in that excel file creates lists that can be exported into excel according to criteria I place. In the example file the columns A, B, C, K are the critical columns and from this data I will want an expanded sort based on C and K combined in different combinations C = impressions so I can set an impression range I want and a range I want K to be in and get the output based on expanded sort so the keywords and match type in columns A and B reflect true values based on column K before running the sort. Example: C column range = 4500-6,000 impressions (rounded vs exact) + K range =$60-$70 (rounded vs exact) = output file done in a way so if rounded not one keyword is lost in the output. The file I can upload into the access excecutible should be allowed to upload more than one file before running the executible. After running the executble I can name output file. I can also save the master file before uploading more files and saving again after running executible. the output keeps all data from the original file
