Modifying a Trading Journal on Excel

I am a day trader on the stock market and looking to journal and keep statistics on my trades. A friend of mine has sent me an excel spreadsheet (attached) that does this, however we use different trading platforms. I am looking to change the data input of the spreadsheet so it is compatible with my trades extracted from my platform as well as making a few other changes. I have attached the spreadsheet as well as other files. The sections in the spreadsheet that I would like to be changed are Raw Data, Settings and Meta Data. These are interconnected so hoping that changes made flow across to the weekly dashboard/trade log and essentially present the data in the current format. Raw Data Please see the format in Book 1 - this is how my trades are extracted from my platform. They are ordered by the Ord# column and then sorted by date and time - from earliest trade of the day to the last. This input obviously is most important as it flows through to the trade log, weekly dashboard etc. Settings/Meta data Please see the “metadata dropdowns” file attached. I would like the Metadata dropdowns section to be presented like that with 20 rows for me to fill in. This section flows through to the 'Metadata' tab. My end goal would be for the Metadata Analytics to show the same statistics as they currently do for a ‘Momo High – News Play’ or an ‘Open match – Commodity move’ etc Finally, you will notice across the spreadsheet that 'Commissions' are calculated. Commission is generally worked out as a percentage of the total turnover. EG, if 10,000 shares of XYZ are bought and sold at $1 per share – the total turnover is $20,000. I am paying 0.0385% commission and hence $7.70 commission fee ($20,000 x 0.000385). I am unsure what commission is currently being calculated on the existing spreadsheet. To fix this issue, I am thinking a singular cell in the settings tab, where i can enter the commission rate (in case it changes in future) and this flows across to all sections in the spreadsheet.
