Hi, I'm looking for someone with experience in conditional formatting etc within Google Sheets. The project is to format the relevant cells in an existing Google Sheets spreadsheet to reflect the progress of: - The total project - Each phase of the project - The completion of each task The end result to be a Gantt style chart to help us with our progress through a procedure. The main template of the spreadsheet is already complete. It is only the formatting that is required. If you think this is something you are easily able to do I would really like to hear from you. HI, Please check the sample spreadsheet I have created for demonstration. [login to view URL] Change values in Cell A and B and see the effect from C to Z. It will change background color if column is between those values. For your spreadsheet, I will create similar. I will create two placement columns, which will calculate dates and set value in numbers. Then columns fitting those number(in background dates) will be formatted. Thanks

i am a graduated student of logistics engineering so i had already worked with gantt on MS project i could calculate ( le chemin critique ) and give you the shortest time and the tasks to get done earlier and organize the resourses all in msproject or i can export it to MS excel
