My MLM company has a sophisticated, 4-point compensation plan. I want to create a report that will allow me to plug in certain variables, and have the report accurately project the income based on those variables. That will help me explain the comp plan to my prospects. I need some fields where I can plug in basic assumptions, such as sales price, conversion ratios, etc, and how they affect the compensation plan. For example, if a Rep enrolls XX people per day and XX% of those enrollees will precisely duplicate the original Rep's efforts, I would like a model that shows me the organization size at different points in the future such as 30, 60, 90 days, etc, with assumption for things like XX% fallout after XX months, etc. I need to be able to see the formulas and calculations in the cells as well. There may be a metric or two I haven't considered and will want to add. I'm hoping to find someone with successful experience at this kind of thing. Additionally, I need it quickly! (of course... :-)
