Trying to create a revenue forecast for a childrens day nursery.
Each child has a booking pattern eg Alice Mon 10 hours, Tue 0, Wed 5 hours, Thurs 0, Fri 5 hours = 20 hours.
The nursery is open 51 weeks a year, but also closes on public holidays. For 2018 these are 1st Jan, 30th Mar, 2nd Apr, 7th & 28th May, 27th Aug and it is shut 24th - 28th Dec.
What is the best way to calculate the hours for each week for each child making sure that we don't include hours when the nursery is closed?
So far I have created a calendar for the next 3 years with all the bank holidays highlighted in red - not sure if I am going down the right route with this.
So what I need is to compute the range and give me number of hours booked for a child, keeping in mind the public holidays occurred in between. checked attachment if you fully understand project then bid plz.
my budget is $10
A - afternoon
M - morning
D - Full day

Hi, I have over 7 years of experience in different industries like finance banking telecom. I am expert in excel with advanced function and formula (VBA, MACRO), ms word, ms PowerPoint.
Dear Sir,
I am a final year finance student, with completed Excel advanced course. I suppose that I am perfectly suitable for job you offer.
I think that the best to calculate hours is to calculate number of days that child attended nursery (days function), and then exclude non-working days (if function).
I also have question what is the non-working week in year (you have written that there are 51 working weeks in a year).

Gajic
