Desktop app for Excel Dashboard and automation tool

Hi All, Preference to someone already have a similar working app I am looking to get vb.net desktop app for excel automation with some following features: - Create a Dashboard app with different tabs for excel with different functions, like a TV with Front screen and different button on the side panels. - the dashboard should be live and access by multiple people at once (Max 7-8 people). - Files can be saved in local drives and network shared drive for all users. - The application can run from a network shared drive for all the users to install with one click application in there local drive. - Able to open web links, web tableau reports on the front panel. - Auto popup display for cell entries which miss the due date(auto date calculation in excel sheet) - Generate reports in Word, Powerpoint with Pivot table, chart and some fixed commentary with auto-filled calculation from Pivot data and data source. - Auto send email functions, with date and time with the option to select different reports selections. - some pre-defined GUI functions, Macros and calculations which can be applied to any Excel sheet, and these functions macros have pop up UI asking for functions ranges/cells/rows/columns. - Admin GUI Panel to add / change/ delete various functionalities without going into coding. These are some of the must-have functionalities, will add few more on an ongoing basis with extra amount. Any further info can be discussed, after accessing your suitability for this project. Please provide your work demo or previous experience to get shortlisted. You need to provide full codes and explanation of working code at the finish of this project before complete sign-off.
