Find me some Leads (datamine/build me a database)

I am looking for someone to build me some databases of prospective clients. First database: Two Types of people we want to capture: 1. People with the words "Property Manager" in their title that are located in Canada. 2. Executives at a Property Management Company in Canada. (eg. President, Vice President, Director, Owner). Property Management companies will typically have the words "Property Management" in the company name, but sometimes it will be just "Management" Second Database: For this database we only want to look at Colleges or Universities across Canada. Two different types of people to capture within the College or University are: 1. People with either "Director" or "Vice President" or "Manager" as well as "Housing" or "Residence" or "Residences" in their titles. 2. People with both "Director" and either "IT" or "ICT" or "Information Technology" in their titles In all cases, we want to capture their name, job title (eg. Condominium Property Manager), phone number, city, province, email address, and company name. Please propose costs and, if you have knowledge as to how many contacts would fit into each of those buckets, let me know. Stage 2 we will be looking to do the same for the USA, but for now I just want to stick to Canada and see how this works and the quality of the data.
